Walmart Anchored center acquired for $55.5 Million

Tom Nguyen represented the Buyer of a Walmart Anchored center located in Torrance, CA.  The center features a newly built 150,000 SF Walmart and an inline strip center of over 45k SF.  The property is situated on almost 20 acres of land.
