Real Capital Inc. is a private real estate investment and brokerage Company based in Orange, County, California led by industry veteran Tom Nguyen.   The company operates as  full service brokerage providing advisory services to buyer, sellers, landlord and tenants of commercial real estate.  The company also acquires, manages, and adds value to commercial real estate assets through acting as a sponsor, general partner, or via syndications.  Our investment and acquisition criteria focuses on urban infill locations and properties where value can either be added through repositioning, entitlement, or management.

Tom Nguyen is a veteran commercial real estate broker, real estate attorney, and developer/investor with over 24 years of experience and over 1 billion in closings.  He is the President of Real Capital Inc. and heads up both its commercial real estate investment and brokerage business.  Tom started his career in law as a real estate attorney but quickly transitioned over to a full time commercial real estate broker.  He spent 12 years at NAI Capital as an Executive VP and founder of its Pacific Rim Division where he was routinely among the top producing brokers in the firm.  Tom then joined Steve Hopkins as managing director at Hopkins Real Estate, a value added development firm involved in the repositioning of commercial real estate assets. Tom currently works with capital partners as a sponsor and principal in commercial real estate investments and land development while continuing to represent special clients in brokerage as an Executive Advisor at EXP Commercial.

Over the years Tom has transacted almost every product type - from retail and office to multifamily and development land totaling over 1 billion in deals.  The majority of his work involves acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management for high net worth's, family offices, and institutions.  With over 24 years of experience representing clients as well as a principal combined with his legal background, Tom can add value to any commercial real estate scenario.

Within the past 8 years, Tom has acted a principal investor and sponsor in acquisitions of both income producing properties and land entitlement projects.

Tom grew up in Orange County and has a degree in Business Economics from UCLA and Law Degree from CWSOL in San Diego on a trustee's scholarship.  Aside from commercial real estate, Tom is an entrepreneur and investor in high performing restaurants and tech startups.
