33.76 Ac Raytheon Campus in Fullerton, CA acquired for $76.5 Million

Tom Nguyen represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 33.76-acre campus currently occupied by Fortune 100 company Raytheon for $75.5 Million.

Located at 1801 Hughes Dr., Fullerton, California, the Raytheon campus consists of 405,130 square feet of buildings on 33.8 acres in a prime Sunny Hills location of Fullerton. The seller was represented by a team led by Nico Napolitano and Jeffrey Cole of Cushman & Wakefield.

“This was a rare opportunity to acquire one of the largest infill sites in Orange County in a prime Sunny Hills location of Fullerton at a low $188 PSF on the buildings and $52 PSF on the land,” said Nguyen.

Tom Nguyen represented the Buyer in the acquisition of the Los Cab Sports Club in Fountain Valley, CA.  A 12+ acre sports club that includes 24 tennis courts, pickleball, fitness center, olympic sized pool, racketball, basketball, volleyball, and two large banquet facilities.

Little Saigon Property Sold for $15.5 Million

Tom Nguyen represented the Buyer of the “Blue Pavilion” retail center in Garden Grove for $15.5 Million.  The property is located in the heart of “Little Saigon” – home to the largest population of Vietnamese outside of Vietnam and includes a business district that features over 7000 Vietnamese businesses and services.  The center consists of approximately 39,700 SF of GLA, situated on approximately 2.34 acres of land.

Grocery Anchored Retail Center Acquired for $30 million

Tom Nguyen represented the Buyer in the acquisition of a Superior Grocer’s anchored center located in Baldwin Park, California. In addition to Superior Grocer, the center is occupied by other national tenants that include CVS, Chase Bank, O’Reilly Auto Parts, El Pollo Loco, GNC, Waba Grill and Subway. The property has a GLA of 94,093 SF and is situated on 6.65 acres of land.
