Tom Nguyen represented the Assignor in this industrial development opportunity on Winchester Rd (Hwy 79) in Murrieta, California within the one of the strongest industrial markets in the Nation – the Inland Empire. This site is adjacent to the brand new 50 acre US Headquarter campus of KTM – one of the World’s largest manufacturers of off-road motorcycles.
Real Capital Inc. and Hopkins Real Estate secured the real estate, designed a concept industrial/retail development and closed a transaction to an end/user and developer.
